Billyard Insurance Group is looking for a Broker Relationship Manager to join the team at BIG Head Office in Welland. The Broker Relationship Manager is responsible for actively managing relationships between our Branch Managing Partners as well as Market relationships.
The Broker Relationship Manager will report to the Director of Business Development.

What does the Broker Relationship Manager do?
  • Actively manage relationships with both Managing Partners and Markets.
  • Manage the onboarding of new Managing Partners and ensure they have the support they need to succeed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for branches
  • Manage feedback and identify areas of improvement for Head Office support services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to support operational efficiency
  • Manage business inquiry and complaint resolution
  • Implement product, sales, system and technology training (as appropriate)
  • Develop reporting & deliver quarterly scorecard meetings
  • Other projects as required to support the relationships between Head Office & Managing Partners.

  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously and changing priorities
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

Qualifications & Education:
  • RIBO Licensed
  • 3-5+ years Insurance experience
  • Other Provincial broker licenses are an asset
  • 3+ years leadership experience is an asset
